HEY ! NICE TO MEET YOU
Call me Jackie,
and I can help you!
As a bilingual psychotherapist and proud Latina, I’m here to support adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or relationship stress. My work is grounded in the belief that “there are no bad parts”—all of you is welcome here.
Whether you’re navigating intense emotions, breaking old patterns, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and in control, I’ll meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and respect. Our sessions are a safe space to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s happening inside without judgment.Together, we’ll build tools to regulate emotions, respond with intention, and reconnect with the life you want to lead.
If this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been here before, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’ll walk alongside you as you uncover the strength, clarity, and resilience that’s already within you.

HOW TO WORK WITH ME
I Can Help You With

Anxiety &
Emotional Regulation
Therapy for anxiety and emotional regulation goes beyond managing symptoms—it addresses the root causes of your distress. Together, we’ll explore the emotional, cognitive, and relational patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and build tools to help you feel calmer, more in control, and better able to respond with intention instead of impulse.

Relationship &
Communication Challenges
This specialty centers on understanding how past and present relationship dynamics influence your emotions and behavior. Together, we’ll explore communication patterns, learn ways to reduce conflict, and build skills for deeper connection and mutual understanding in your relationships.

Trauma Therapy
Trauma Therapy focuses on gently working through painful experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, and respond. Using neuroscience-informed approaches, we’ll help your nervous system find safety, reduce emotional reactivity, and create new patterns that allow you to move forward with more confidence and ease.

Therapy for Parents
Therapy for parents is a specialized form of therapy that focuses on addressing the unique challenges and stressors associated with parenting. It empowers parents with tools and strategies to manage emotions and triggers, navigate the complexities of raising children, and prioritize their own well-being while fostering a healthy family environment.
